Alex Beraldo is a Toronto based folk singer/songwriter. His earthy, raw take on Americana music – driven by guitar and harmonica – seamlessly blends acoustic folk, blues and roots rock, resulting in a sound that is unpretentious and authentic, drawing comparisons to the mentality of the 1960’s folk revival.
In April, 2020, Beraldo released his latest album, ‘Freaktone Sessions‘, which garnered little response as the album dropped right at the beginning of the COVID19 pandemic. . So, to shine some light on the album, he has re-released his single ‘Southern Heat‘, along with a new live video filmed in his luthier workshop, on the anniversary of the album’s release.
